Clark Street Park is located in the east side of the city bounded by Clark Street, Fourth Avenue, and Mary Ingles Highway. The park bisects the floodwall near the entrance of Manhattan Harbour Marina.  A play area, swing set, and benches are on the west side of the floodwall and a basketball goal and green space is on the east side of the floodwall.
