ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT:

Redknot Homes TIF Term Sheet – Developer seeking to create a TIF district to finance 19 single-family homes.

 Bids for surplus property, 207 Fifth Avenue. 

Bid proposals for the purchase, delivery, and installation of 6 ornamental street lights along Sixth Avenue.

 Bid proposals for the installation of underground conduit and electrical work to six locations along Sixth Avenue for the installation of ornamental street lights.
